As a Service Crew member, you’ll be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile. You’ll assist with food preparation, cashier duties, and general customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist customers with orders and provide excellent service
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes and procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Handle cashier duties, including processing payments and managing transactions
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Stock and organize inventory to ensure smooth operations
• Assist with promotional activities and events
• Provide feedback to management on customer satisfaction and operational improvements

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or food service industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg)
• Must be available to work part-time hours, including weekends and holidays
