📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on logistics equipment and facilities, including forklifts, conveyors, and IT systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of maintenance needs, and develop and implement maintenance schedules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and system issues, and coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance data and performance metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, and IT, to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with business goals and objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new technologies and tools to improve maintenance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, and promote a culture of safety and risk management within the team.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff and other team members, and foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering, with a strong background in logistics or manufacturing.
• Proficiency in maintenance management software, such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of maintenance best practices, including predictive and preventive maintenance.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
