📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and grow the brokerage’s client base by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Conduct thorough market analyses using tools like PropertyGuru, Zillow, and local databases to inform pricing strategies and client advice.
• Negotiate and close real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Provide exceptional client service, from initial consultation to post-sale support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local real estate agents, developers, and industry professionals.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes in Bali’s real estate sector.
• Use CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot to track client interactions and manage leads.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of marketing strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Licensed Real Estate Broker with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the real estate industry.
• Proven track record of successful transactions and client satisfaction.
• Deep knowledge of Bali’s real estate market, including local laws, regulations, and trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
