📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial and final interviews, including assessments and reference checks.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
• Utilize recruitment tools such as Jobvite and Greenhouse to track and manage the recruitment pipeline.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the HR team on recruitment activities and metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software, including Jobvite, Greenhouse, and Workday.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Certification in HR practices or a related field is a plus.
