📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging English lessons for students aged 3–15, using a variety of teaching methods and tools.
• Create and implement lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and educational standards.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to create a holistic learning experience that caters to the unique needs of each student.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with educational trends.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment that fosters confidence, creativity, and a love for learning.
• Use educational technology such as interactive whiteboards, Prodigy, and Kahoot! to enhance the learning experience.
• Attend to the individual needs of students, providing additional support or resources as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English to young learners.
• Strong knowledge of the Indonesian education system and curriculum.
• Certification in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) or a similar qualification.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passion for inspiring and educating young learners.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
