📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning,Manage and motivate a team of staff to achieve branch targets and goals,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner,Plan and coordinate branch events and activities to enhance customer engagement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a similar industry,Proven track record of success in sales and customer service,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
