📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase market share.,Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stock control.,Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and exceed performance expectations.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of driving sales and improving customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior.
