📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor real-time operational data using industry-standard software such as SCADA systems and ERP platforms.
• Ensure seamless workflow and optimal resource utilization across our industrial facilities.
• Identify and resolve potential issues promptly, working closely with our team to maintain operational integrity.
• Conduct regular system checks and updates to ensure the efficiency and reliability of our operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and best practices.
• Provide technical support to other team members, ensuring that all operational systems are running smoothly.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to the overall success of our operations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operational activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the mining or industrial sector.
• Proven experience with SCADA systems, ERP platforms, and other industry-standard software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Certification in industrial safety and operational best practices is a plus.
• Familiarity with mining operations and processes is highly desirable.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
