📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for new and departing employees.
• Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, aligning with company goals.
• Support recruitment efforts by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Assist in training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using BambooHR and PayFit.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations and compliance.
• Proven experience using HRIS systems like BambooHR and PayFit.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid/remote environment.
• Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes.
• Knowledge of training and development best practices.
