As a Software and Services M&A Analyst, you will play a key role in identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic acquisitions that drive growth and value for our clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting thorough due diligence on potential software and services targets, including financial, technical, and legal assessments.,Identifying and evaluating acquisition opportunities through market research, industry analysis, and competitor benchmarking.,Preparing and presenting detailed acquisition proposals, including financial models, risk assessments, and integration plans.,Negotiating and structuring acquisition deals with potential sellers, including valuation, terms, and conditions.,Overseeing the integration of acquired businesses, including team integration, process alignment, and cultural fit.,Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, sellers, and legal/financial advisors.,Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in software and services M&A.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in software and services M&A, investment banking, or a related field.,Strong understanding of software and services industry, including key players, trends, and growth drivers.,Proven track record of successful acquisitions and integrations in the software and services sector.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.,Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Indonesian market and business environment is a plus.
