🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations management, preferably in a polyclinic or hospital setting.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.,Proven track record of successfully managing healthcare operations and improving service quality.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with healthcare software and systems is a plus.
