Roncato Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our affiliate marketing programs and collaborating with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to enhance our brand presence and drive sales. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies to maximize revenue and customer acquisition.,Manage and oversee affiliate partnerships, including performance tracking and optimization.,Collaborate with KOLs to create engaging content and campaigns that align with our brand values.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance using relevant tools and metrics.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and affiliate management.,Report on campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.,Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.,Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and initiatives that drive business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on affiliate marketing or KOL management.,Proven track record of successfully managing affiliate programs and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.,Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant platforms.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
