📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Ensure that all staff members are trained, motivated, and performing at their best.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.,Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to create and maintain a positive work environment.,Familiarity with the Indonesian food and beverage industry is a plus.
