CV Galih Otoman is seeking a talented and experienced Fleet Coordinator to join our team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for ensuring our vehicles are well-maintained and efficiently managed. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Ensure all vehicles are well-maintained and serviced according to manufacturer recommendations.,Oversee fuel management, including ordering, monitoring usage, and managing budgets.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure they are properly trained and following safety protocols.,Monitor vehicle performance and address any issues promptly.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate regular reports.,Work closely with the procurement team to negotiate and secure the best deals on vehicle services and parts.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
