In this role, you will be responsible for managing project budgets, cost estimates, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on time. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain project budgets and cost estimates.,Monitor project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.,Prepare and submit regular cost reports to stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to resolve cost-related issues.,Conduct site inspections and audits to monitor project progress and costs.,Prepare tender documents and evaluate bids from contractors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in quantity surveying.,Strong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and financial analysis.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry standards and regulations.
