BOLT Abadi is currently looking for a Purchasing Staff to join our team. We are a growing company in the Pandeglang, Banten area, and we are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to help us manage our purchasing operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the purchasing process from start to finish, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of goods and services.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure that we always have the necessary supplies on hand.,Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to ensure that we are getting the best possible deals.,Track and analyze purchasing data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.,Ensure that all purchasing activities comply with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the development and implementation of purchasing strategies to support the company's goals.,Provide support to the procurement team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Strong knowledge of purchasing processes and procedures.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
