📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Source and negotiate with luxury brand suppliers to secure high-quality products at competitive prices.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability and minimizing overstock or stockouts.
• Collaborate with the retail team to curate and display luxury products in-store, creating an appealing and cohesive shopping experience.
• Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify new luxury brands and product lines that align with our store's vision.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to assess the performance of luxury brands and make informed decisions on inventory and promotions.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to network with suppliers and stay updated on the latest trends in the luxury retail sector.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers in finding the perfect luxury products and addressing any concerns they may have.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices in the luxury retail sector.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail, with a proven track record of successfully sourcing and managing high-value inventory.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Familiarity with luxury brand management software, such as SAP or Oracle, is a plus.
• Hold a relevant degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
