📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our healthcare team.
  • Identify training needs and create effective learning solutions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to design and deliver training sessions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Provide ongoing support and resources to our healthcare team to ensure they have the tools they need to succeed.
  • Work closely with the management team to align training programs with organizational goals.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems and training software.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Ability to travel as needed to conduct training sessions.
