📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure high-quality food service.,Develop and implement menus that meet customer preferences and dietary requirements.,Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food safety and quality.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Optimize inventory management and purchasing to control costs.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Handle customer complaints and feedback to improve service quality.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall restaurant strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Familiarity with inventory management and purchasing.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
