📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.,Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management, preferably in a corporate environment.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and regulatory requirements.,Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
