📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct quality inspections and tests to ensure products meet our standards.,Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.,Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Train and mentor junior staff on quality control practices.,Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality-related issues.,Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards and regulations.,Maintain and update quality control documentation.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control.,Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices.,Knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001.,Experience with quality control software and tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
