As a Data Center Facilities Operations Manager at DayOne Data Center, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of operational excellence, ensuring our data centers run smoothly 24/7. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in data center management, leveraging tools like BMC Helix, SolarWinds, and ServiceNow to monitor and optimize performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the data center, ensuring 24/7 uptime and optimal performance.
• Manage and maintain power distribution systems, including UPS and generators, to ensure uninterrupted electricity supply.
• Monitor and optimize cooling systems, including CRAC units and chillers, to maintain optimal temperature and humidity levels.
• Implement and enforce security protocols, including physical access controls, surveillance systems, and emergency preparedness plans.
• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of data center infrastructure, including servers, networking equipment, and storage systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in data center management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including ISO 27001, NIST, and local Indonesian data center regulations.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the data center operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in data center operations, with a focus on facilities management.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Data+, Cisco CCNA, or PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness) certification are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, including power distribution, cooling systems, and security protocols.
• Proficient in using data center management tools such as BMC Helix, SolarWinds, and ServiceNow.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, including ISO 27001, NIST, and local Indonesian data center regulations.
