📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage and train warehouse staff, ensuring they understand and adhere to safety and operational procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth flow of goods and materials.,Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are adequate.,Implement and monitor warehouse safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.,Work with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role in a logistics or supply chain environment.,Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and processes.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using warehouse management software.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
