📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care in the ICU, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing necessary procedures.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Document patient care activities accurately and maintain patient records.,Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.,Participate in staff meetings and continuous education to enhance clinical skills.,Assist in the training and mentoring of new staff members.,Promote a safe and respectful work environment for both patients and staff.,Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.,ICU nursing certification or experience preferred.,Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Valid nursing license in Indonesia.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
