📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling and performance.,Ensure the outlet meets sales targets and maintains high customer satisfaction.,Oversee inventory management and ensure product availability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.,Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the outlet.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.,Report on outlet performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Experience in managing a team and handling customer service is a plus.,Familiarity with retail operations and industry trends is desirable.,Ability to travel for business purposes as needed.
