Link Fast Sejahtera is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices and be able to work both remotely and on-site.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.,Manage employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Administer and enforce company policies related to attendance, leave, and discipline.,Facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.,Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to resolve conflicts.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics for management.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work both remotely and on-site.,Familiarity with English is a plus.,Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
