PT Akasia Berkah is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Ubud, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a passion for creating a thriving workplace culture.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts.,Oversee employee benefits and compensation programs.,Coordinate with management to address HR needs and issues.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
