📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic objectives.,Collaborate with managers and employees to identify training needs and develop personalized development plans.,Conduct training sessions, workshops, and coaching to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.,Support the Head of Learning and Development in achieving departmental goals.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of training providers and consultants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant training tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
