📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the distribution process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Oversee the operations of the distribution team, including drivers and delivery personnel.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to maintain optimal stock levels.,Develop and implement strategies to improve distribution efficiency and reduce costs.,Conduct regular site visits to assess distribution performance and address any issues.,Maintain accurate records of distribution activities and generate regular reports for management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and integration of distribution activities.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the distribution or logistics industry.,Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
