📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and oversee the construction of retail spaces and parking facilities.,Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.,Manage and coordinate with contractors and subcontractors.,Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control.,Prepare and submit necessary permits and approvals.,Collaborate with the architecture and design teams to ensure project success.,Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.,Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in retail or commercial construction.,Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Bali.,Proficiency in using AutoCAD or other design software.,Excellent project management and organizational skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
