As a Cashier at ECHO Mandiri, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a smooth and pleasant shopping experience. You will handle transactions, manage customer inquiries, and maintain a clean and organized cashier area.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier area
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Monitor and report any discrepancies in transactions
• Assist in stock management and inventory control
• Perform cashier duties such as counting cash, balancing cash drawer, and reconciling sales
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or retail environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with basic computer software and hardware
• Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
