📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage a team of 10-15 employees, providing leadership and development opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase branch revenue and member satisfaction.
• Monitor financial performance and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and community leaders.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support the overall growth of KSP Warna Artha.
• Conduct regular branch meetings and provide progress reports to senior management.
• Promote financial literacy programs and workshops to educate members on financial management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a branch and driving revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and cooperative principles.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in using financial software such as Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, or similar tools.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
