📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by contacting potential customers and providing product information.,Manage and follow up on customer inquiries to ensure timely responses.,Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues.,Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.,Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations.,Support marketing efforts by promoting products and services.,Stay updated on industry trends and market developments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telesales or customer service roles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using computer and telecommunication tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is preferred.
