📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and troubleshoot IT equipment and software.,Provide technical support to employees, including hardware and software issues.,Monitor and maintain network security and data backup systems.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and software.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.,Provide training and support to employees on IT-related issues.,Assist in the development and maintenance of the company's website and online presence.,Monitor and report on IT performance and make recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Experience with IT support tools and software, such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
